About Our Herd
We own Limousin cattle, a muscular, beautiful, golden red colored breed that originated in France. We have many generations of momma cows making up our herd, and we interact with them daily and provide them the best possible care for their entire lives.
We raise beef we feel good about eating, and every cut we sell we would be proud to serve on our own table. Our beef is free of all antibiotics and hormonal supplements.
Our cows spend all day every day roaming the pastures and eating nothing but green grass and lush clover. They are provided with fresh clean water and free choice mineral so they can choose to consume what they need daily.
Our cattle are harvested between 18-24 months of age and each day from birth to harvest we care for them diligently to provide you with the highest quality beef.
