Meet Your Farmers
We are Blake and Christine Olenick, and we, along with our three kids, own and operate Brush Creek Cattle Co. Neither of us grew up in agriculture, but we knew the farming lifestyle was one we wanted to pursue for our family.
In 2014 we bought our first three Limousin heifers, and instantly fell in love with them. We had previously purchased cattle of other breeds, but as we worked with the Limousins and learned more about them we were convinced we wanted them as the backbone of our herd.
Since then, our herd has grown, we’ve spent countless hours in the fields taking care of our cattle and learning how to raise the best quality beef. We are incredibly grateful that we have the opportunity to live this life and offer our family raised beef to our local community.
