We are first generation farmers, proud to be raising cattle and providing Allegany County, Maryland with high quality, locally grown, 100% grass fed and grass finished beef.

Our Beef

We raise beef we feel good about eating, and every cut we sell we would be proud to serve on our own table. Our animals spend all day every day roaming the pastures and eating nothing but green grass and lush clover. They are provided with fresh clean water and free choice mineral so they can choose to consume what they need daily.

  • Our beef is processed at a USDA inspected facility close to our farm.

  • All beef is dry aged for 14 days before it is cut to enhance flavor and tenderness.

  • Each cut is individually plastic wrapped, vacuum sealed, labeled, and frozen.
